Planting the Garden

 We bought plants  and seeds, and planted our new garden a couple weeks ago.  Adam and Addie planting the tomato plants that we purchased at the Farmer's Market (or Dog Market, as Addie prefers, due to the abundance of four footed friends in attendance):

 And Addie covers up the seed:

 Above and below -- Addie in the garden plot, burying her seeds.  This seemed to work better, although she got a bit dirty.  Addie may be a natural in the garden!

 Above - drama!  We are working to help overcome dirt-phobia, but she still sometimes gets upset about getting her hands, and this case feet, dirty.

Below - Addie helping me plant lettuce mix.

 The end product.  A planted garden!  Addie has reported to us that her pinwheel is growing well!

Our garden is thriving with after all of the cool, rainy days.  We'll post updated photos soon!
