We had a great Valentine's Day! I was lucky to spend my evening with my two sweethearts! Adam, amazing chef that he is, bought fresh scallops which he cooked to perfection, made homemade cloverleaf rolls (he newest and very yummy specialty), perfectly cooked chard, and mashed potatoes. All three of us enjoyed this yummy treat!
