Our first day involved a lot of traveling, lunch at a yummy root beer stand in Corbin, Kentucky (thanks to P-pa's discovery on chowhound.com), and arrival at the cabin. Grammi made a yummy meatloaf dinner that night and we all did a lot of relaxing.

After investigating the cabin, Uncle Adam, Aunt Steph, Beckett Scarlett, P-pa, and the three of us all went on a hike to the "cave trail" on the grounds of the resort.
Beckett and Addie found the cave. Darn gate foiled their plans to investigate further.
